Step 1: Place your order

Wait for order confirmation email (you will need to reply to this email for Step 8)

Step 2: Create a Paybis account

Go to Paybis.com or download the Paybis app.
Click Sign Up, then enter your email, create a password, and accept the terms.
Verify your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox.

Step 3: Complete Verification (KYC)

Paybis requires identity verification to buy crypto.

Log in and go to Verification or Account Verification.
Upload a government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, or ID card).
Take a selfie or live photo for identity confirmation.
Wait for approval (usually a few minutes to a few hours).

Step 4: Buy Bitcoin

On the homepage, select Buy Bitcoin (BTC).

Enter the amount under You Spend (total order price will appear at checkout).

Make sure You Receive is set to BTC (Bitcoin) then click buy bitcoin.

Step 5: Send Payment to our Bitcoin External Wallet Address

1. Click External Wallet.

⚠️ Double-check—errors mean permanent loss. Copy/paste exactly.
3. Choose your payment method (bank transfer, card, etc.).
4. Review fees and total, then click Buy BTC.

Step 6: Wait for Payment Confirmation

Bank transfers: 1–3 business days.
Card payments: usually instant.
Once confirmed, Paybis will send the Bitcoin to our wallet.
After receiving and confirming the Bitcoin, we will process your order.

Step 7: Track Your Transaction

Use a blockchain explorer like Blockchain.com Explorer to track your Bitcoin transfer by entering the transaction ID.

Step 8: Send proof of payment for verification

Send a screenshot of proof of payment to the order confirmation email you will receive after clicking place order during checkout.

Extra Tips for Beginners

Start with a small amount until you’re comfortable. You can send a test transaction first—contact our support team for guidance.
Always double-check wallet addresses; a single mistake can permanently lose your crypto.

For Experienced Users

If you already use cryptocurrencies, you may purchase Bitcoin through any platform of your choice, not just Paybis, as long as the funds are sent from a Bitcoin wallet directly to our Bitcoin wallet.
Kindly confirm that the amount you send matches your order total which will be shown on your order confirmation email.
